Gwen S. O’Connell

CPC, QPA, ERPA, AFA, AIF®

Gwen has been a consultant and administrator of qualified plans for close to 30 years. She is the President of O’Connell Pension Consulting, based in Eugene, OR, representing clients in the western states. Gwen has served on the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA's) PAC Committee, Membership Committee, Annual Conference Committee, ASPPA's Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Education and Examination (E&E) Committee, including acting as the E&E chair for 4 years. She is the recipient of ASPPA's 2003 Educator’s Award.Gwen is a member of National Association of Actuaries and Consultants, Inc. (NAACI) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA). Gwen is an active volunteer with local non-profits and is a Past President of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Emerald Valley where she served in the calendar years 2004 and 2005 as the President. She is a member of the Eugene Rotary. Previously, Gwen was the President of the Professional Women’s Forum and on the Board of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) of Lane County. Gwen is a frequent speaker on pension topics and has been an instructor for ASPPA and the American College.

Ryan O’Connell

ERPA, QPA, QKA, AFA

Ryan is a graduate of Oregon State University. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). Ryan manages the company's pension software and open architecture systems. Ryan is responsible for assisting clients with day-to-day questions. He is also responsible for preparation of clients’ year end reporting and disclosure.

Mary Delorenzo

Mary started as the receptionist at O'Connell Pension Consulting, answering the phone and taking care of day to day clerical duties. For a time, Mary was in charge of processing distributions and now is Gwen O'Connell’s assistant in addition to still taking care of day to day clerical duties. Mary's other passion is acting, which she has done professionally on screen, TV and radio. She has also been seen on stages throughout the area and hopes to continue.

David Roybal

David joined O’Connell Pension Consulting as an assistant administrator. He is responsible for monitoring and reconciling our open architecture system as well as daily office tasks.

Kenny Easter

Kenny is our receptionist. His duties include answering the phones and taking care of daily clerical work.

Rochelle Robnett

Rochelle joined O’Connell Pension Consulting as an assistant administrator. She is responsible for processing distributions and loans as well as new contributions to many plans.

Madelyn O’Connell

Madelyn works part time for O’Connell Pension Consulting. She provides bookkeeping support.

Kevin O’Connell

Kevin works part time for O’Connell Pension Consulting. He provides administrative support and assists with major projects.
